Rent on autopilot. Chores on rotation.

The same bills come every month and the same chores every day. Set them up once and stop arguing about whose turn it is.

Bills on autopilot

Open a group and go to Bills & home duties. Add a recurring bill (rent, WiFi, maid or cook salary, newspaper, society maintenance), pick how it’s split and the day of the month it’s due, and ttmm adds it to the group automatically every month. It uses the same split options as any other expense, so rent by room size works exactly the way you set it up.

A reminder goes out before a bill is due. When the amount changes (the electricity bill is never the same twice), edit that month’s entry and the next month starts from the usual amount again.

The chore wheel

Chores cause more flatmate fights than money. The chore wheel keeps a simple rotation for each duty: ordering water cans, taking out the trash, buying milk, cleaning the kitchen. It shows whose turn it is today. When someone taps Done, the turn moves to the next person and everyone can see it was done. No more “I did it last time”.

Questions

Does ttmm pay my rent automatically?

No. It adds the rent to the group as an expense every month, so everyone’s share shows up. Paying your landlord still happens the usual way.

Can a recurring bill use a custom split?

Yes. Recurring bills support every split type, including exact amounts and percentages.

What happens to the chore wheel when someone is away?

Skip their turn and it moves to the next person. The wheel keeps going.
